Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. Psalm 107:1 Be thankful to God in all situations whether in challenging times or in times of success. (1Thesslanias 5:16-18) It’s a way of admitting that God is fully in charge of our situation and also acknowledging Him as the source of every good thing in our lives. As king of Israel, with all the glamour, David always seized every opportunity to thank God; he says “Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits” (Psalm 103:2) Let’s not be cut up in challenges, success or glamour and forget to be thankful at all times!
