God has already lined up the right people for you, who I refer to as destiny helpers. They will open doors for you, show you favour and help you out of challenging situations at different points in your lives. The scripture says, “I will go before you And make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze And cut the bars of iron”. Isaiah 45:2
There are dreams we can’t accomplish on our own and some challenges we can’t get through by ourselves. We tried our best but we couldn’t start the business. Or we weren’t able to break the addiction. Or still haven’t met the right person. Seems like we are stuck and don’t see any other options.
What you can’t see is that God is preparing a destiny helper for you. He is talking about you to some person somewhere. You may not even know them, they may not be in your contacts but God will cause them to see you. He will put you on their mind and give them the desire to help you.
They may not know why but suddenly they want to put in a good word for you, they go out of their way to help your child or use their influence to move you forward. These are not things that you could make happen! This is God using destiny helpers to “Go before you and make the crooked places straight; breaking in pieces the gates of bronze And cutting the bars of iron“
Beloved, you don’t have to live worried, wondering how things are going to work out, discouraged over the situation that’s not changing. On your own, you may be stuck, but you are not on your own. God is working behind the scenes. He is speaking to people right now to show you a favour, to give you that contract, to be good to your loved one, or to help you turn that challenge around.
You don’t have to try to manipulate people, strive and strain, that is going to wear you out. It’s God’s job. He will speak to people that you have never thought of. You didn’t have a connection with that person, there was no reason for them to even think about you but God put you on their mind. He gave them the desire to be good to you.
When Naomi lost her husband and two sons she told Ruth and her other daughter-in-law Orpah to move back to their hometowns and go on with their lives. Orpah did just that but Ruth said: “Entreat me not to leave you, Or to turn back from following after you; For wherever you go, I will go; And wherever you lodge, I will lodge; Your people shall be my people, And your God, my God…” (Ruth 1:16-17)
“When she saw that she was determined to go with her, she stopped speaking to her.” They moved to Bethlehem together without any resources and didn’t have any way to buy food. So Ruth got up early in the morning and went out into the fields to pick up the leftover grain that the workers had missed.
She didn’t know anyone, she just took a chance, hoping that they wouldn’t make her leave. Out of all the fields she chose the one owned by a man named Boaz. He was very influential and very wealthy. Normally he wouldn’t be there, but the day Ruth went out into the fields, “Just then Boaz arrived”. Of all the times he could have come, he came the very day that Ruth went out there. (Ruth 2:4)
God knows not only who you are going to need but when you are going to need them. He is ordering the steps of the people that are necessary for your destiny. Quit worrying about how it’s going to work out, God is in control of your life. He is working behind the scenes, arranging exactly what you need.
The scripture says “Boaz asked his workers: “Whose young woman is this?” There were hundreds of people out in the field. No doubt there were many that he didn’t know but for some reason, his attention was drawn to Ruth. They told him that she was a widow who had moved there with her mother-in-law Naomi.
Boaz called his servants over, and said, “I want you to drop some bundles of wheat on purpose for Ruth. Leave them in her path to make it easy for her. Make sure that no one bothers her”. Before, Ruth had to work hard and strain, getting a little leftover here and there. Now, she had abundance and overflow. (Ruth 2: 5-16)
Ruth had an increase in favour because someone, a destiny helper talked about her behind the scenes. Someone put in a good word that she had never met. She didn’t know why it was happening, she couldn’t figure out what had changed. All she knew was that she had stepped into abundance that she had never seen.
YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN!
Think about David: he was in the shepherd’s fields, 17 years old, taking care of his father’s sheep. His brothers were in the army, they had a prestigious position, and people looked up to them… But David was doing something that felt insignificant as if he had been forgotten.
The prophet Samuel was in another city, minding his own business when God told him to go to Jesse’s house, David’s father, and anoint one of his sons to be the next king of Israel. David was out there in the fields when Samuel came. David who seemed forgotten became the reason for the moment, and Samuel anointed him as the next king.
David may have thought that he was a forgotten candidate to be enlisted in the Israelites’ armies but there were discussions about him that he knew nothing about. Samuel was already on the way with the oil in his hand. A destiny moment that would make David not just a future army but a future commander-in-chief of the armed forces!
This was all happening behind the scenes. The sovereignty of God brings people that are instrumental to your destiny. You couldn’t make it happen, you couldn’t plan it, manipulate it, this is God doing what only He can do. And if you knew who God was speaking to on your behalf, you wouldn’t live worried, thinking you are forgotten!
God will talk to your destiny helpers to put in a good word for you, even though you may not know the person. He will cause Boaz to notice you and tell the workers to be kind. You are not doing this on your own, God is working behind the scenes. You just keep honoring Him and He will bring the ones that are instrumental for your destiny.
When you run out of options and you can’t change it, God has a destiny helper to help out. When you are in a challenging situation and you don’t see a way out, God will put you on the right people’s minds that will be there to do what you couldn’t do. You don’t have to go after them. Like David, Samuel will come looking for you.
When you understand that God is talking about you to someone somewhere, you will go through the day filled with hope, with an expectancy down in your spirit, knowing that at any moment things can shift in your favour. The right person will show up, the challenges will be resolved and that new door will open before you. God hasn’t brought you this far to leave you.
Now, stay in faith, and keep doing the right thing. I decree and declare that you are locating your destiny helpers. The blessings you didn’t see coming, the right people, favour that catapults you into your divine destiny are locating you. Challenges suddenly turning around, promotion, your spouse, healing, and the fullness of your destiny are coming to pass in Jesus’ name.
